MISSION STATEMENT

VISION STATEMENT

The mission of this noble organization established by Nana Yaa Adobea Sikapa I queen mother of Akwamu Gyakiti – Oframase within the Asougyaman District of Ghana is to empower women, children, the youth and marginalized communities through education, health awareness, economic development, basic infrastructural projects and cultural preservation, promoting sustainable development and social justice.

Is to see society anchored in love where all individuals or persons have access to equitable opportunities, resources, and services, enabling them to thrive and strive for greatness as well contribute to sustainable development within our communities.

To provide access and equal opportunities to quality education for girls and women as well as brilliant but needy individuals in our communities who aspire for greatness through education.

Support adult women, girls the youth in entrepreneurship and vocational skills development as well as agricultural revolution through various cooperative programs to enable them become self sufficient and reliant.

One primary objective is to promote and preserve traditional cultural practices, heritage and organize various cultural exchange programs through various collaboration programs with other traditional leaders across the continent to experience our various cultures.

PROGRAMS and SERVICES

  1. Economic Empowerment: Offering training and support for women, girls and the teeming youth through the entrepreneurship development programs, focusing on agribusiness and cottage industries.
  2. Cultural Exchange Program: Promoting cultural exchange and understanding between communities to appreciate our various cultures and its values.
  3. Health Awareness: One key focus area of the organization is to promote good health among the communities through various collaboration with health partners to organize health education programs especially for women and girls to ensure a healthy society.
  4. Education Scholarship: Providing educational scholarships to disadvantaged youth within society with special emphasis on vulnerable girls.

GOVERNANCE and MANAGEMENT

  • Board of Directors: The organization comprised of experienced professionals and accomplished experts in various relevant fields.
  • Executive Director:The executive director is responsible for overall strategy and management as well as planning and coordination of all activities in line with the vision and objectives of the organization.
  • Program Managers: The programs managers are responsible for overseeing specific programs implementation and services.

PARTNERSHIP and COLLABORATIONS

  1. Local Communities: We shall work closely with local communities and their leadership to identify needs and develop solutions of the people we represent.
  2. Government Agencies: We shall collaborate effectively with local government agencies to access resources and expertise to meet our demands.
  3. International Organizations: We shall be partnering with various international organizations to access funding and technical assistance to achieve our goals and objectives

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

  • Funding Sources: We shall solicit for grants, donations, and corporate sponsorships within the country.
  • Budget: There shall be budgetary allocation across all programs, administration, and fund-raising activities.
  • Audit Reports: An audit report shall be made available upon request by any agency or organization.
